Our Programs:
All About Kidz is state licensed to care for children from six weeks of age thru Pre-Kindergarten age.
We provide an educational setting that focuses on smaller classroom sizes no more than double the ratio in each classroom for optimal stress reduction for both the parent and the child. We are an educational alternative to the institutional childcare setting and strive to provide equally big experiences within a small higher quality package.
Our infant and toddler programs are geared towards social and cognitive development, educational needs, social and emotional development, and find and gross motor skills. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum includes time for quiet and active play, teacher-initiated and child-initiated play opportunities, as well as indoor and outdoor activities daily. Also, language, literacy, math, science, art, sensory, and music experiences are planned regularly and included in our every day curriculum.
Infant &Toddler Programs:
Infant Classroom:
Ages: 6 Weeks - 12 Months
Group Size: 4 children per side

Program Overview:
All About Kidz's infant area has two adjoining classrooms. One side is for younger infants, and the other side is for older infants that are more mobile and need a bit more room moving and cruising around. Each side of our infant classroom is licensed to accommodate 8 children, however, we have chosen to keep our enrollment at half capacity which allows the teachers to provide more one on one care for each individual child in the classroom. The rooms are also designed with the unique needs of this age group in mind. Both classrooms have plenty of room for the children to move around freely and explore the classroom. Our teachers spend a lot of time snuggling, reading, singing and engaging the infants as they learn to explore their classroom and surroundings.
Ones Classroom:
Ages: 12 months - 24 months
Group Size: 10 Children per classroom

Program Overview:
At All About Kidz, we have two separate one year old classrooms. These classrooms are divided by age to ensure the best possible one on one care as well as each child's individual needs within the classroom. Both classrooms are set up with learning centers such as dramatic play, science, blocks, and a quiet area that give the children the opportunity to wind down and take a break away from active play. During circle time, the children learn their months, days of the week, weather, colors, number recognition, as well as some sign language and Spanish. Also, during this time, the children are engaging with their classmates and enjoying a structured, teacher-guided learning experience. In our older one year old classroom we start to focus on self-help skills and the start of potty-training to help guide them forward into our older toddler program.
Twos Classroom:
Ages: 24 months - 36 months

Program Overview:
Choosing a toddler setting with a strong foundation as well as a great reputation is what makes a big difference. All About Kidz is a word of mouth-based center with a home-like atmosphere in all of our classrooms. This allows us to provide you with one-on-one care for your child, smaller classroom sizes, valued family relationships, and extensive teacher to parent communication. Keeping our children safe and allowing them to learn, create, and grow is our number one priority. Our two-year-old classroom teachers create a play-based learning atmosphere as well as a structured curriculum to help prepare the children in their care for preschool.
Preschool Programs:
All About Kidz offers a range of programs for Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten. These programs are geared towards social and cognitive development, educational needs, social and emotional development, and fine and gross motor skills. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum includes time for quiet and active play, teacher-initiated and child-initiated activities as well as indoor and outdoor activities daily. Also, language, literacy, math, science, art, sensory, and music expression are planned regularly and included in our everyday curriculum.
One of our main goals is to value each child as an individual where their need for attention, approval, and affection are supported. We feel that children should be able to learn and grow at their own pace, and our job is to help them learn in ways that help them become confident in themselves as learners. All About Kidz assists each child to acquire a string foundation in the knowledge and skills needed for school success!
Preschool 3 Classroom:
Ages: 36 months - 48 months
Group Size: 14 Children
Staffing: 2 Group Supervisors
Program Overview:
Circle Time, Dramatic Play, Science, and Math are just a few subjects that our Preschool 3 Classroom covers throughout their everyday curriculum and activities. Our Preschool 3 classroom is "hands on", and "play based" to give all of the children the ultimate experience of exploring the classroom and diving into new and exciting activities daily. In Preschool, the children will review the seasons, months, days of the week, alphabetic letters, numbers up to 31 and other multiple activities during "circle time". Along with the standard "circle time" activities, the children are also able to engage by using our interactive whiteboard system. This will allow your child to engage in the technology world through school based programs and learning materials.
Program Overview:
At All About Kidz, it is immediately evident that there is a lot of learning activities going on. In every corner of the classroom, the children are absorbed in developing the skills that they will need throughout their lives as children and then adults. Our facility provides them with the opportunities to investigate, question, practice, to be creative, expand their words, and gain confidence as they learn. In our Preschool 4 classroom, children will follow a structured schedule and curriculum that meets the requirements of the PA Learning Standards. It is rich in cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and motor development. Also, our daily activities include science, math, literacy, social studies, creative arts, and music activities along with our themed discussions and extensive "circle time". The Preschool 4 classroom is set up to follow the ECERS-R foundation of Early Learning. Within the classroom, you will find block play, an art center, dramatic play, quiet areas, science exploration, and table time activities with the use of manipulatives. A "circle time" area is also present in all of the Preschool classrooms.
Preschool 4 Classroom:
Ages: 48 months - 60 months
Group Size: 10-12

Pre-Kindergarten Classroom:
Ages: 48 months - start of Kindergarten
Group Size: Group one - 9 Group Two - 9
Staffing: 2 Group Supervisors
Program Overview:
We are ready to get your child prepped and ready to go for Kindergarten!
All of the children that will be heading off to Kindergarten each Fall will be placed in a classroom together. Within this classroom, the children will be learning about all of the skills needed for school success. The classroom is mocked and set up to what it will be like for them in a Kindergarten classroom. They will also be taught "life skills", such as cleaning up after themselves after lunch, putting toys away after they are done playing with them, and pushing their chairs in when leaving the table. The Pre-K classroom is set up on an ECERS scale and has areas of interest that the children can choose freely the area that they would like to play in. These areas are art, science, math, blocks, reading, writing, dramatic play and a quiet area with a wide assortment of books. All About Kidz works closely with all of the surrounding school districts to ensure that we are working on skills that will be evident in their years to come as a student. We also use a Promethean Board in our classroom as an add on to our curriculum to provide a more "hands on" structured learning experience for all of the children.
